In October I will embark on a journey to Poland with my family. This is because my grandmother grew up in Z?otniki Luba?skie (formerly Goldentraum) in Silesia.
Z?otniki Luba?skie is located about 20 kilometers from the German border close to the German city of Görlitz. After the Second World War the borders between Germany and Poland changed, and her family was subject to the eviction of Germans from Poland.
