From 2003 until 2004 I lived up in the north of Germany in a small town right on the Baltic Sea. I followed an exchange program at an art academy in Kiel. During the period of my stay I strolled along the beach almost every day. It was winter and really rough weather there.
Laboe is a video that is about 2 minutes long. I placed the camera on a fixed place showing a seaside landscape. In the distance a black object is lying. After a while the object moves and becomes a person walking out of the view of the camera.
Again I was experimenting with moving images and still images.
